Rufus Thornwell “Wells” Dunlap, V, is a Greenwood native and is the Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at CountyBank. Wells holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Presbyterian College and has completed Leadership Greenwood and the South Carolina Bankers School. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Greenwood County Community Foundation, the Greenwood Museum, the South Carolina Young Banker’s Association, and has served on the board of Community Initiatives, Inc. since 2018. Wells is married with two children.
The Managing Attorney of SC Legal Services Greenwood office, Leslie Fisk is in her third year of service as a part of Community Initiatives, Inc.'s Board of Directors. Active in many community outreach endeavors, Leslie is a graduate of Leadership Greenwood and also serves on the board of the Greenwood SC Chamber of Commerce.
Pastor Chris Thomas shepard's New Generation Outreach Ministry in Greenwood, SC and he is also the executive director of GLEAMNS' Benjamin E. Mays Historical Preservation Site. An active community advocate, Thomas serves a mentor for MODELS Academy among many other activities he is a part of. He is entering his second year of service as a part of Community Initiatives, Inc.'s Board of Directors.
Mr. Kauffmann is the retired pastor of Connie Maxwell Baptist Church and teaches world religions part time at Lander University. He also serves as a director on The Lander Foundation's Board of Directors and is an active member of the Rotary Club of Greenwood. He is entering his second year of service as a part of Community Initiatives, Inc.'s Board of Directors after being a part of the organization's 2019 Capital Campaign committee.
